Had an issue where what i ordered wasnt in stock and just a few hours after ordering (3-4hrs) got an email letting me know and says i could pick a different item worth up to $20 than what i payed. i asked if i could have this waterpipe instead ($30 more than what i payed) and they said yes and it arrived two days later.

As for the Waterpipe it’s really good, cools the smoke alot with the 3 percs, i’d imagine it would get dirty rather fast without an ash catcher which is why i got one (you can see it in the photo) also easy to fill up, took me a while to figure it out but once i did it was a breeze. Great waterpipe highly recommend.
