Ash catchers have saved people a whole lotta cleaning. They are an attachment that replaces your bowl on your bong and adds an additional water chamber, some with a down stem and others with a percolator. This allows for all the gunk/ash to be mostly collected in the Ash catcher rather than the waterpipe water chamber. Keeping it clean for longer.
