Had an issue where what i ordered wasnt in stock and just a few hours after ordering (3-4hrs) got an email letting me know and says i could pick a different item worth up to $20 more than what i payed. i asked if i could have a different waterpipe ($30 more than what i payed) and they said yes and it arrived two days later.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, will definitely order from here again.
